The Neepawa Health Centre is a design-build replacement hospital serving western Manitoba, expanding the community from 35 acute care beds to at least 60. BPL Sales supplied the hydronic and terminal heat package — heat exchange, pumping, expansion, separation, radiant panels and fan coils — and started the plant up on site. The pumping is built around twenty vertical inline pumps with integral variable frequency drives. The potable system runs on an NSF-61 certified quadplex booster package with stainless pumps, built for the standard a hospital's domestic water has to meet. Heat is delivered through radiant ceiling panels, hydronic unit heaters, finned tube radiation and fan coils, each matched to the space it serves. The radiant floor in the ambulance garage and the generator exhaust and breeching were both designed in house.

- 8 × Finned tube radiators — 320 ft of element
- 16 × Fan coils — VFD-driven plenum fans and horizontal plenum return, ECM motors

Closing note:
Every pump, tank and terminal unit on this job was commissioned by BPL's factory-trained and certified technicians and documented in writing. A hospital plant does not get a soft opening — it has to work the day the doors open — and factory certification is what stands behind that promise rather than a phone number and a hope. The staff who run the plant today were trained by the same team that started it.
