The Manitoba Métis Federation's Selkirk development is a six-storey, 49-suite building on Eveline Street, designed to run 15% better than NECB 2017. Its defining feature is the distribution system: a twin-tee single-pipe arrangement, 162 fittings on 2″ primary risers with ¾″ secondary connections, feeding sixty-seven concealed fan coils. One riser per stack instead of a supply-and-return pair — less pipe in the shaft, less to balance, and a simpler install in a building where every square foot of riser space is a square foot not rented. Each suite runs on its own thermostat and its own ECM circulator, standalone from the building management system, so a resident's comfort never depends on a front end.

Equipment supplied by BPL Sales:
- 162 × Twin-tee single-pipe distribution fittings
- 67 × Horizontal concealed fan coils — ECM circulators, condensate pumps, valve packages, remote thermostats
- 6 × Vertical inline pumps with integral VFDs — 200 to 350 GPM
- 2 × Condensing boilers — pumps, low water cutoff and a custom stainless double-wall flue venting package
- Duplex domestic booster package, recirculation pump and plate and frame heat exchanger
- 5 × Expansion tanks, 3 × air/dirt separators
- 17 × Unit heaters, 11 × force flow heaters
- 2 × high-wall mini-splits
- Air distribution and ventilation package — grilles, diffusers and registers, exhaust fans, fire and smoke dampers, exterior louvers and backdraft dampers

Closing note:
Apart from the domestic hot water heaters, every piece of HVAC equipment in this building was supplied by BPL, domestic booster package included. Every fan coil was started up and recorded individually by factory-trained and certified technicians, alongside the boilers, pumps and hydronic package. Sixty-seven suites is sixty-seven chances for a callback in the first winter; going through them one at a time, certified and signed off, is how that gets avoided. Building staff were trained by the same team.
